Do we sell tickets directly?
No, Glasswerk does not sell tickets directly. We are dedicated to showcasing our events and venues, and we provide direct links to authorized ticket vendors where you can securely purchase your tickets.
If my event is cancelled
If your event is cancelled, you will need to contact the ticket vendor you purchased your tickets from directly to inquire about refunds. As we do not handle ticket sales ourselves, all refund processes are managed by the official ticket vendor where you completed your original transaction.
If my event is postponed
If your event is postponed, you should receive a notification directly from the ticket vendor you purchased from. Your original ticket will remain valid for the new date. You will be notified of any further changes, including new dates or venue alterations. If you are unable to attend the new date, you will need to dispute this directly with the ticket vendor.
How do I arrange for disability access?
Please use the form provided below to submit your disability access request. If the event you are attending is at a venue not directly operated by Glasswerk, we will forward your query to the specific venue, and they will then contact you directly to assist with your arrangements.
How can I apply to play an event?
If you are a band or artist interested in performing at one of our upcoming events or venues, please use the dedicated Band Application Form provided below. Please ensure you fill out all required fields with accurate information, and we will review your submission for potential opportunities.
How do I make a general query?
For any general questions or inquiries not covered in this FAQ, please use our online contact form. Select the "General Queries" option, provide your details and message, and a member of our team will review your submission and get in touch with you as soon as possible.
What about ticket legitimacy?
To ensure a smooth entry to our events, please be aware that all tickets will be electronically scanned at the entrance. We strongly advise purchasing tickets only from the official vendors linked on our website. Please be aware that if you present a counterfeit or invalid ticket, regardless of how it was obtained, you will be denied entry to the event.
